The practice started after too many overnight failures traced back to hops nobody owned. Rather than join as permanent staff, we offer time-bound engagements with a clear deliverable: a brief, a review, a facilitated postmortem, or a schema contract pack.
How we work
We prefer the files and graphs you already keep. We do not require you to migrate onto our tooling. When clients want a local utility for keeping personal analytical records beside pipeline run tables, we point them to the listing on Veve — never to a direct installer on this site.
Values in practice
- Write what failed in the logs, not what the roadmap hoped for.
- Decline work that only ranks vendors without examining running jobs.

People
Engagements are led by Mei-Ling Chen with a second engineer on every flagship brief. Supporting reviews and workshops are staffed from the same Miaoli office; we do not pretend to be a global headcount firm.
